***********
It was like a bad dream, the kind you can't wake up from. The clouds were dark overhead and he was pulling me towards him in one brief gesture of feeling. I'm not sure if it was love, or just an overwhelming feeling of friendship shining through. There was a quick flash of light and he was gone, only to reappear on the other side of me with a smile. I can't see his face; he's keeping it hidden from me. He doesn't want me to see him, and he can't see me entirely either. We are like two dark spirits blended together out of our love of something not of this world. He brushes his hand across my face, to calm my nerves, because I'm shaking inside.
This is a feeling I've never felt before. I don't need to see his face to know that he's with me every minute, invading my mind like a beautiful sonnet not yet spoken. With one unseen look, he can erase every bad thought from my mind. He's guiding me somewhere, some place I have never been, but he wants me to know its safe there and that nothing can happen to me. I will no longer feel any pain, of the worldly kind. Through the quick flash of yellow light, I can see him, standing there, just looking at me with a gleam so beautiful no one can take it away. He might be gone, but he still lingers like a flower that refuses to wither.
He guides me further down this hall, I don't recognize it, but I can see words around me, almost like written feelings of someone, and then suddenly I realize they are my own feelings, the one's I've spoken to him before when I didn't think he could see. He smiles and I can see more light around him, I'm desperate to see his face. There is an angel that can make everything bad fade away, and bring me so much desire, and inspiration. He has no wings, for fear of being different and having them taken from him, but he is indeed my angel.
I see the grass even before we get there, and I see the trees blowing in the distance, and he helps me sit down. He's going to reveal himself to me; I can feel it even as he sits down with me. He is still a faded image, but it won't be that way for much longer.
As the sun gleams down on us, he shifts the earth in such a way that I see his heart, and looking up at him, he's been revealed. My angel has finally come home. I know him instantly, the angel in my dream, the angel of my heart, its Jeff Hardy, and now its time for him to go away, but he leaves me with an unspoken promise that he will always be there when I need him. ***********
