The charity director called Stephanie away from the stage, as she was about to announce the next man to be auctioned off. Walking over Stephanie hoped there wasn't a problem already in the beginning stages. It seemed at this rate everyone was into it.
"You're doing a wonderful job here Ms. McMahon, we just have one concern."
"And that is?"
"How many reserve superstars do you have here? I've been asking the women down on the floor and it seems there are more then a couple that want men not listed on your list. Is there any reason they wouldn't be?"
"Not unless they're married, but I guess that depends on who they want to see the most. Any name pop up more then once?"
"Shannon Moore has, and people are actually asking to have Eric taken out. Is there anything you can do about this?"
"Is the overall theme that we should out Eric and place Shannon in as a sub?"
"No, not at all, they are adamant about Eric as well as Shannon, but there are only a few that would like to see a switch."
Seeing Matt and Jeff walking past the curtain, Stephanie raised her hand to let her director know she had an idea and ran off the see what she could do.
"Matt, is Shannon in town with you guys?"
"Yeah he's actually over there talking to Randy why?" "Change of plans, we need him. Do you think he would be interested?"
"I don't see why not. Just put him in and we will talk him into it. That sound alright?"
"Yeah actually it does Matt, thanks a lot." With a wave, Stephanie went back over to where the director was standing, and with a smile, let her know it was all a go.
"Then lets continue on Ms. McMahon. We've already had a great start."

"Okay ladies, our next specimen hails from the south, so he'll know just how to treat the right lady in his life, Matt Hardy!"
Before he had come out Matt had insisted that they play his theme music, for reasons of that he wanted to be known for that and not for the pornographic music they wanted to play for him. Stephanie didn't have an issue with it, she just hoped he didn't decide now was the time to act like an ass either. She didn't want anything to go wrong out here tonight.
He made his way out and strutted down the mini walkway in his tuxedo, all the while wearing that egocentric grin he had come to revolutionize in the squared circle. With one final turn like a run way model he made his way back to the position where Stephanie was standing, and came to a complete stop.
"I just want to say that I know all of you fine ladies out there tonight can feel the Mattitude in the ring, and I want you to know that when it comes to getting out your wallets, feel free to go as crazy as you want!"
Stephanie rolled her eyes slightly and then thought better of it. It seemed he was going out there full throttle and he didn't care what the reaction. She also knew that standing on the stage above the women, they could see her every action, which she was sure they didn't miss when she rolled her eyes in mock embarrassment.
"So how much should we start the bidding for Matt Hardy?" she asked looking out at the crowd.
"I bid $400!" one lady screamed from the back.
It seemed they had learned from Jerry already coming out and gaining $700 right off the top, so they wanted to make this one high as could be.
"I hear $400, but come on girls, who wants to date the founder of Mattitude for $400?"
All of a sudden a red headed girl in the back jumped to her feet and waving around her wallet she started screaming at the top of her lungs.
"I bid $550!"
"Well I want him, and I say I'll bid $750!"
Stephanie couldn't help but laugh, as the two young women seemed to go back and forth with their bidding. Once it reached $1000, she knew she had to curb it a little and just give herself a chance to catch up. "Okay so the young blond haired lady in the back at last count has bid $1050. Anyone else want to bid before I bring this to a close?"
All of a sudden there was a shriek from the back where the smaller red headed girl was seated and she again bounced to her feet. She obviously had found something of enough value that she knew she would win the date with the unattainable otherwise, Matt Hardy.
"I'm bidding $1500, and that's my final offer!"
The blonde just sat back down in her chair in complete disbelief and Stephanie threw a quick glance at Matt. He was standing there with a look of complete and utter satisfaction on his face, like it was he who had won the lottery or something.
"If there are no other bids, then I will have to say, for $1500, Matt Hardy now belongs to you, Ms."
"My name is Jordana, and Matt Hardy now belongs to me." She threw Matt a small wicked grin and Matt laughed gently. He could tell by her vibrant energy that this was one girl who was not going to be taken easily. He now had to think of other ways besides his Mattitude gimmick to make her think she really had won the lottery with him. It left everything open for so many possibilities.
Matt made his way down the aisle and throwing her the famous Hardy smile, grabbed her off her feet and proceeded to the back with her. He was going to show this girl one hell of a time, and why it was best not to get involved with a Hardy.

"I'm not very fond of our next performer, and apparently, the word of mouth travels, but for those of you that like the arrogant type, get your wallets ready, because here comes one half of the General Managers of Raw, Eric Bischoff!"
Stephanie took a step back from the microphone and watched as Eric made his way out. There was no denying that he was very charismatic, and as she watched the women as he made his way out, she noticed that there were quite a few that were interested in him, and she figured at least they would garner some money for the charity with him. No matter how much she despised him.
"I'll bid $300!" a voice said from the back of the group of women. Stephanie couldn't be sure but she was sure she had heard that voice somewhere before, it was just a voice you couldn't easily forget.
A younger woman closer to the middle of the pack of women then spoke up lightly, placing her bid of $500. With that bid, the same raspy smoke filled voice came through the crowd again, this time demanding $700. Out of the corner of her eye she noticed just who was making the bids, and she had to step away from the microphone before she burst out in a fit of laughter. Composing herself she took the microphone out of the holder and proceeded to speak.
"There are rules to this auction, and one clearly states that no matter what feelings you may have regarding one of our superstars, this contest is not open to women who actually work for us. So Mae, if you could, please refrain from the bidding as of right now."
Passing the microphone over to Eric to sell himself, he did so while locking eyes with the one female that had legitimately thrown a decent offer his way.
"Stephanie, stop the bidding this instant on account of that over zealous old bat. I say she should automatically be taken out and this young girl in the front here bidding for me should win by default."
Stephanie looked at Eric in confusion and smiled lightly. This wasn't like the Eric she knew, she thought he would be going full out at all costs, just to show these women that he thought he was larger then life. In actuality, he was willing to take the $500 bid and run with it. It confused the hell out of her, but she knew in order to get on with the other superstars, she had to call the girl the winner.
"You there, the girl who wants Eric, what's your name?"
"Everyone I know just calls me Tink."
Stephanie smiled as the girl smiled at her, or rather at Eric, she couldn't be sure, and she announced to the group of women that now Eric Bischoff, the biggest ego aside from the Rock on the planet, was now in Tink's small hands to deal with.
"He's all yours, but watch out, he can be a ruthless bastard."
Jumping off the stage, Eric went to pick up his new girl and bring her to the back. He hadn't noticed before but she was absolutely stunning in a younger sort of way, and he couldn't want to see what their date would be like, and how fast and long it would take him to get the two of them alone and the camera's out of sight.
